What have you done in this quarantine?
In this quarantine, most of the time she shared it with my family, played online video games with my friends, also helped my mother with the household chores, I exercised to be in good physical condition and be healthy.

Type of conditionals and their explanations
Condicional 0 (presente + presente)
Para describir consecuencias reales según contextos culturales, hechos científicas o hábitos, se utiliza sólo el presente simple en la condición y en el resultado.
Ejemplo:
You can't hurt me if I don´t let you. (Tú no puedes lastimarme si yo no lo permito).
Condicional 1 (presente and futuro con Will)
Para expresar consecuencias posibles en el presente o en el futuro, se utiliza el presente simple en la condición y el futuro con Will en el resultado.
Ejemplo:
If I eat too much in this quarantine, I will get fat. (Si yo como mucho en esta cuarentena, me engordaré)
Condicional 2 (pasado simple + Would/could/should)
Para expresar situaciones imaginarias en el presente o en el futuro y consecuencias hipotéticas, se utiliza el pasado simple en la condición y Would en el resultado.
Ejemplo:
If many people got sick, there wouldn´t be enough beds in hospitals for everybody.
(Si muchas personas se enfermaran, no habría suficientes camas en los hospitales para todos).
